Despatch & Delivery Times

We pride ourselves on our service levels. Each order is carefully checked and packed before it leaves our premises.

We use Royal Mail for fast safe delivery of your order directly to your door.

Orders over £99 enjoy free fast shipping.

Orders are shipped monday to friday with any orders received after 1pm shipping the next working day.

Despatch Times

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day. During busy times if your order is more than a few items we may contact you to get a delivery date.

If we need to contact you to clarify an address detail or item it may delay your order if you don't provide a quick response to our query, but your order will get priority once we have an answer.

Courier Delivery

Sometimes we use DPD for larger orders. A signature is required on delivery and the parcel can be tracked

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.

After we have posted your order, courier parcels are delivered next working day to most UK mainland addresses. If there is nobody to sign for the order a card will be left with instructions for re-delivery or collection. If you must have your order within 5 working days we would advise using the express service.

Do I have to be there to sign for my delivery?

Orders sent via Royal Mail will not require a signature although someone may need to be home to accept the delivery should the packaging be too large to post. Deliveries made by courier will always require a signature.

Can I have a separate delivery address to my billing address?

The Address you gave when you first registered your account online is your invoice or card holder address. You may change your delivery address after your first order, but your invoice or card holder address must always match the address registered to any card you use on this site. 

There is a discrepancy with my delivery

Should you have any query regarding the delivery of your order, this should be made to LBV within 3 calendar days after receiving your order or from receiving a credit account statement.

Should you need to contact us with regard to the contents of your order, whether you have missing, incorrect or faulty goods, please contact us asap.
